About MySpace Codes
MySpace codes can be different to HTML codes for a non-MySpace website. Well, not actually different, but, MySpace has limitations on the code you can put into your profile, so, sometimes you need to code something slightly different than you would if you were coding it for a normal (non-MySpace website).
Take a slide show for example. If you want to add a slide show to a non-MySpace website, you could use JavaScript. This would be fine because you can put any code you like onto your own website - HTML, JavaScript, CSS, anything.
But, lets say you want to put a slide show onto your MySpace profile. Well, you can't put JavaScript onto MySpace. This would almost mean you couldn't have your slide show. But, there is an HTML tag that allows you to create a slide show. It might not be as elaborate as JavaScript, and the tag isn't actually part of the offical HTML specification but hey, don't let that stop you!
Another example of MySpace HTML code is when you want to generate CSS for your profile. There are a few tricks you need to do that you wouldn't normally need to do on a non-MySpace website.
Not all MySpace code is like that though. In most cases you can use normal HTML just like you would in any website.
But hey, no need to worry about all that, because here you'll find example MySpace HTML codes for you to copy/paste and modify. You'll also find MySpace HTML generators that do all the work for you and give you custom MySpace code.
Enjoy!
